A remarkable oceanfront home with open living spaces, a pool, tropical gardens and time to enjoy them. Private rooms, personal hospitality and care that becomes part of a better everyday life.

Our medical team provides daily medical oversight from Dr. Janna and her physician colleagues, including a physician present on Sundays. Dedicated caregivers and at least two nurses on duty in each home at all times support residents day and night.

Our other two residences bring the same Dunmore care philosophy into luxury private homes beyond the oceanfront. They provide the balance of comfort, personal attention and value that works for a different family preference.

Personal care from a familiar medical team. A dedicated caregiver, with most caregivers also nurses. Nursing support day and night. A beautiful home and hospitality shaped around the person.

At Dunmore, exceptional care is built around personal relationships and extraordinary medical attention.

Our Medical Director, Dr. Janna, leads a team of physicians dedicated to the health, comfort, and well-being of our residents.

With only approximately 14–16 residents across our first three luxury homes, our approach allows for a remarkably personal approach to medical care.

Dr. Janna knows every resident personally, while her physician colleagues provide continuity of care, daily oversight, and coverage when she is unavailable.

Our residents aren’t simply assigned a doctor. They are cared for by a coordinated medical team that knows them.

Coordinated physician oversight

Dr. Janna, our Medical Director & Founding Angel, leads a team of at least two additional physicians. Our model includes a physician present on Sundays and continuity when she is unavailable or at another residence.

One to one

A dedicated personal caregiver

Each resident has a dedicated personal caregiver, supported by the broader medical team. Dedicated attention during waking hours, familiar routines and companionship are central to our residential model. Most frontline caregivers are nurses.

At least two

Nurses in every home, at all times

At least two nurses are on duty in each residence day and night, in addition to dedicated caregivers. Physicians, nurses, caregivers and families coordinate around the resident’s needs.
