Care around your household.
Your loved one may live independently or share a home with family. We look at daily routines, clinical needs, accessibility and the hours of care that would make the arrangement work.
Personal assistance, meals, companionship and familiar routines belong alongside practical help with appointments and transportation. Care hours and nursing or physician services are tailored to the household.
A family can stay together.
In-home care can give a spouse or adult child room for work, rest and a life beyond caregiving. Stay close while sharing the daily responsibility.
Your Family Lead helps coordinate the practical arrangement and communication. We work through caregivers, backup coverage and the medical professionals involved.
Residential care is another pathway.
Our complete residential model is delivered in three Dunmore homes, with daily oversight from the physician team led by Dr. Janna, dedicated caregivers and at least two nurses on duty in each home at all times.
If care at home is no longer the best fit, we can discuss a room in the oceanfront or non-oceanfront collection. Every recommendation starts with an individual assessment.
