Getting ready for the day, moving comfortably, enjoying a meal and remembering medications. The support should fit the person, alongside the things that make them who they are.
We learn the routines, the preferences and the family behind them. A dedicated caregiver can notice the small changes as well as help with the practical tasks. Most of our caregivers are nurses, with nursing support available day and night.
At Dunmore, exceptional care is built around personal relationships and extraordinary medical attention.
Our Medical Director, Dr. Janna, leads a team of physicians dedicated to the health, comfort, and well-being of our residents.
With only approximately 14–16 residents across our first three luxury homes, our approach allows for a remarkably personal approach to medical care.
Dr. Janna knows every resident personally, while her physician colleagues provide continuity of care, daily oversight, and coverage when she is unavailable.
Our residents aren’t simply assigned a doctor. They are cared for by a coordinated medical team that knows them.

Each resident has a dedicated personal caregiver, supported by the broader medical team. Dedicated attention during waking hours, familiar routines and companionship are central to our residential model. Most frontline caregivers are nurses.
At least two nurses are on duty in each residence day and night, in addition to dedicated caregivers. Physicians, nurses, caregivers and families coordinate around the resident’s needs.
For people with more involved daily or medical needs, the care plan brings physician oversight, nursing, mobility assistance and personal care together. Dr. Janna leads medical supervision and coordination with other professionals.
We assess the person’s needs, the home’s accessibility and the support required before recommending a placement. Care should be clear to your family from the beginning.
Discuss higher-acuity care

Our first collection is deliberately intimate: 14–16 rooms across three residences. The setting differs. The standard of care stays the same.
